Jon Beck Out At The Daily News

The ax is swinging at the New York Daily News and Jon Beck is the most recent casualty.  Beck has been relieved of his duties as VP of online advertising and business development at the newspaper and his replacement has yet to be named.  The Daily News is expected to continue to release staffers from the business department, a trend that follows the paper’s editorial cuts that took place in January.
