Condé Nast has promoted Jill Bright, head of HR at the company for the past 14 years, to the position of chief administrative office. The move is the latest in a string of changes aimed at refocusing Condé Nast into a more consumer revenue-driven business.
In this new position, Bright will be charged with overseeing PR for the company, promoting productivity and coordinating business initiatives. Condé Nast spokesperson Maurie Perl’s department will now be integrated into Bright’s.
Matt Norman, formerly the VP of human resources, will now lead HR in the role Bright is vacating.
