Annual “Irrelevant Week” festivities, a series of charity events honoring the last player picked in the NFL draft, are in full swing in Newport Beach.
This year’s celebrant – prospective Indianapolis Colts quarterback Chandler Harnish – got started yesterday by hitting Disneyland and the Dunes. Tonight, per former super-agent Leigh Steinberg’s most recent column in the Daily Pilot, it will be time for the All Star Lowsman Banquet at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel:
