Interviewers: Don't Get Sued

34 percent of job applicants have been asked an illegal interview question in the past year, according to research from Recruitsure.com, and 80 percent of managers have never been trained in interviewing.

RecruitSure sells interview training software, so take with a grain of salt, but discrimination lawsuits are no laughing matter, so maybe it’s best to play it safe.
