'Hurt Locker' Sued by Army Sergeant for Identity Theft
Wow, the Hurt Locker train wreck steams on. Just a day after the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences banned one of Hurt Locker’s producers from attending the Oscar ceremony, U.S. Army Sergeant Jeffrey S. Sarver has filed a multimillion dollar lawsuit against the makers of the film, claiming they stole his identity.
