Hearst Launches "Hearst Innovation" To Help Connect Staff And Create New Ideas

Today, Hearst launched Hearst Innovation, a “company-wide program designed to be a catalyst for business growth, creativity and communication throughout the Corporation.”

The program has three basic goals: First, it hopes to create new businesses by opening up a dialogue with Hearst employees and encouraging them to discuss their ideas. Professional recognition and financial rewards will be given to employees whose ideas are chosen for further development. Second, Hearst hopes to increase collaboration by fostering an engaging work environment across all levels.
