GQ Heads To China

Although Chinese officials have recently blocked access to Twitter and Facebook, the populous Asian nation remains an important market for American media companies to tap.

Today, Condé Nast announced that it will be publishing men’s fashion magazine GQ starting in October, through a partnership with China News Service.

GQ will be Condé’s fourth title published in China — but the first men’s magazine. It joins the ranks of Vogue, Self and Modern Bride.
