Girl Hands Father's Resume to Michelle Obama on Take Our Daughters & Sons to Work Day
When Michelle Obama sat down for a question and answer session yesterday during Take Our Daughters & Sons to Work Day, chances are she did not anticipate what was going to happen next.
That’s because Charlotte Bell, a 10-year-old girl, sitting in the front row told the first lady her father has been unemployed for three years. Next thing you know, she handed the first lady her dad’s resume.
Her response? A hug. She also took the resume and explained, according to CBS, that the topic was “a little private but she’s doing something for her dad.”
