Following the media coverage of the increasingly bizarre Anna Nicole Smith death case — from surprisingly reverential to unsurprisingly sensational — the tabloids, while picking up the TrimSpa thread early, seemed to shy away from Anna Nicole’s eating habits. Well, at least for 24 hours.
