American Express Publishing is launching a new Food & Wine app for the iPad. The digital issue, designed specifically for the iPad, offers original content on wine and, for this issue, Italian-American cooking, including dynamic, interactive features like video demos, slideshows and tips from the Food & Wine kitchen. Other highlights include a video demonstration of popular Eataly recipes by celebrity chef Mario Batali, extensive advice on wine pairings, interviews with famous Italian-Americans, and a guide to preparing stuffed peppers
As a bonus, this inaugural issue is free, brought to consumers exclusively by the Canadian Tourism Commission.
