Facebook to Launch News App With Dozens of Publishers

Mark Zuckerberg and the Facebook team will not be happy until everything you do online or on your phone is somehow connected to Facebook. Even then, we have our doubts. In the latest move to make everything Facebook, the social network is set to launch a standalone news app called Notify.
According to the Financial Times, Notify will act like any other news aggregator — users sign up to follow media outlets or news topics that they enjoy, and the content is collected for them.
