EW Promotes Meeta Agrawal, Hires Two

The magazine bolsters its team.

Entertainment Weekly has promoted Meeta Agrawal from executive editor to deputy editor. Agrawal served as exec editor for one year. Prior to that role, she oversaw EW’s TV department. Agrawal has been with the magazine since 2007.

In other EW news, the magazine has named Gillian Telling senior editor, TV. Telling most recently served as a staff editor at People. She previously served as Budget Travel’s editor-in-chief. Telling begins March 16.

Gina McIntyre is also joining EW as news director, movies. McIntyre comes to EW from The LA Times.
