Edwin Heathcote Mourns Modernism, Reviews MoMA's Mourning

More on the loss of the modernist architecture, this time in the form of Edwin Heathcote‘s piece in this weekend’s Financial Times, “Modernism Gets Brutalist Treatment.” In part another lament about the rampant destruction of buildings from this era in the US, which we’ve sadly read time and time again recently, but it’s also got a nice review of the MoMA‘s new photography exhibit, Lost Vanguard: Soviet Modernist Architecture, 1922-32, buried in there about halfway down.
