Duff McKagan Memoir Makes LA Librarians' 'Book of the Year' List
Need a book to read over your holiday vacation? Or in the spare minutes your Scrooge-boss lets you free between finishing your TPS reports? The librarians at the LA Public Library have put together a list of the best books of 2011. We hadn’t read a single one. We’re not sure if that’s because we’re lazy and pea-brained, or because the list includes GN’R bassist Duff McKagan’s memoir It’s So Easy: And Other Lies. Guillermo del Toro’s The Night Eternal is also on there.
Weightier fare like Julian Barnes’ The sense of an Ending also made the cut.
