Drew Barrymore has been named an editor-at-large for Refinery29. Why? Because she’s famous and alive. Famous, alive people get to do whatever they want.

In her first post for the site, Barrymore penned a wordy piece about a breakfast sandwich. Specifically, an egg sandwich with tomato and cheese. It’s uh, quite an achievement.

Are we supposed to be surprised that Barrymore uses a toaster oven? What’s wrong with toaster ovens? Have enough people in the world had conversations about Barrymore’s refusal to use small kitchen appliances that word eventually leaked back to her, thus prompting her to dispel this rumor?
