Dow Jones has named John O’Donovan CTO, consumer products and platforms; a new role at the company. He most recently served as The Financial Times’ CTO.
“Under John, the existing Consumer Product Technology and Platforms teams will be consolidated into a single organizational structure,” wrote Dow Jones CTO Paul Meller, in a memo. “He will be responsible for the technology for all of our Consumer brands including WSJ, Barron’s, MarketWatch and eFinancialNews.”
O’Donovan will report to Meller.
