Dianne Dubois Named CFO of Say Media
Dianne Dubois has been named Say Media’s chief financial officer. Dubois has most recently served as a consultant for the past four years. Previously, she served as CFO of Looksmart and eTrade North America.
“Dianne has worked with some of the most dynamic tech companies in the business, and as an experienced CFO she knows what it takes to thrive in a competitive business landscape,” said Matt Sanchez, CEO of Say Media, in a statement. “Her experience in finance and operations across a variety of fast-growth businesses is invaluable and we’re very excited to have her join the team.”
Say Media owns a variety of lifestyle sites, including xoJane and its spinoff, xoVain.
Dubois’ appointment is effective immediately.
