Design by Telling Stories, the MoMA Way

Speaking of the MoMA (but not so much about gigantic projected head of Donald Sutherland), comes this great read on Global Moxie, “MoMA Lesson #1: Story-Driven Design.” It takes its launching point from the ongoing exhibit they have up now concerning the building of the new CCTV headquarters in China and then moves into why the exhibit itself is successful because of its use of very clever story-driven design, namely data cards about nameless characters who pop up around the building throughout “the day in the life” presented therein.
