Dennis Publishing chairman Felix Dennis offers quite the awesome perk for dedicated staffers. Each year, employees that have been with the company for over a year are eligible to run for employee of the year, with the title’s winner winning a (free!) week’s vacation to Dennis’ Caribbean home on Mustique.
The winner is announced every year at the company Christmas party, making Dennis Publishing’s fete quite possibly the only company Christmas party people attend willingly.
The vacation home, called Mandalay, was purchased from none other than David Bowie, and boasts amenities like a staff of 17, two swimming pools and a game room.
