Condé Nast is Moving to 1 World Trade Center

It’s finally happening: Condé Nast is moving to 1 World Trade Center. According to The New York Times, the company has signed a 25-year lease worth about $2 billion, for use of one million square feet. Port Authority had to jump through some hoops to get the deal done, including taking on the last few years of Condé’s Times Square lease and guaranteeing that all the important people that Condé is involved with are treated properly:

Condé Nast executives drilled down to the finest details to understand the building and the site, pondering what would happen if, for instance, a Ralph Lauren wanted to pull up to the building in a limousine.
