Conan Wants Better Severance For Staff

It isn’t just Conan O’Brien losing his job when his show goes off the air. Almost 200 people are employed by “The Tonight Show”, many of whom relocated to Los Angeles along with Conan. And this is not a great time to be out of work in the media world. Conan’s efforts to get better severance deals for his staff has stalled negotiations over his departure with NBC. From the LA Times:

NBC officials bristled at the suggestion that they were being insensitive to staff members.
