Coastal Living Debuts First Food Issue

A seafood celebration.

CoastalFoodIssueCover copyCoastal Living’s October edition marks the magazine’s first Food Issue. The timing coincides with National Seafood month, because seafood is fantastic. If it’s in the ocean, we want to eat it. Okay, maybe not the trash.

In related Coastal Living news, the magazine has added chef Barton Seaver as a contributing editor. Seaver’s column, titled “Hooked,” will highlight the joys of seafood via personal essays. The first edition of Hooked is in Coastal Living’s October issue.

Other features found in Coastal Living’s Food Issue: five coastal chefs to watch, a quest to find the origins of the perfect oyster and more.
