Clooney / Huffington: minor questions remain
The LAT follows up on last week’s big meta-media debacle with an item which, though it certainly doesn’t disprove Huffington’s central claim that she thought she had permission to post Clooney’s comments, does call into question her account of the whole affair.
Anyway, read the item for yourself and decide. Meanwhile, I think this excerpt from an intra-publicist missive quoted in the LAT piece serves as a poignant coda to this whole thing:
