Really, we love citizen journalists. But in case you were wondering where they’re most concentrated—at least as far as ProPublica’s “Adopt A Stimulus Project” is concerned, the answer is the coasts.

There are plenty of projects to monitor in Nevada, Colorado, and the like, but apparently not enough citizen journalists to go around.

The answer for journos remains the same as ever: the coasts are crowded. Move to a small city and earn your chops there.
