CBS Radio has named Matthew Siegel chief financial officer.
Siegel comes to CBS Radio from Time Warner Cable, where he served as co-CFO and treasurer through the merger period with Charter Communications. Prior to that, he was senior vp and treasurer of TWC.
“As we prepare to separate from our parent company – one of the most exciting and impactful events in CBS Radio’s history – it’s more important than ever that we remain competitive and consistently deliver value to our key stakeholders,” said CBS Radio president Andre Fernandez, in a statement.
