BuzzFeed Adds Two Foreign Correspondents
BuzzFeed is expanding its foreign coverage team. Below are the details.
- Sheera Frenkel is joining as Middle East correspondent. Frenkel comes to BuzzFeed from London’s The Times, where she served the same role for the past five years. She starts September 6 and will be based in Cairo.
- Mike Giglio is also joining BuzzFeed as a Middle East correspondent. He most recently worked for The Daily Beast/Newsweek. Giglio begins October 7 and will be based in Turkey.
