Businessweek has added three staffers — Pat Regnier, Bret Begun and Max Chafkin.
Regnier will serve as an editor overseeing markets and finance. He previously served as an assistant managing editor for Money.
Begun will serve as the editor of Businessweek’s Etc. section. He previously worked for Details as an articles editor.
Chafkin will serve as a writer covering the tech industry. Chafkin previously contributed to Fast Company and Vanity Fair.
In related news, Howard Chua-Eoan is now the editor in charge of the front-of-the-book news sections of the magazine and Eric Gelman will serve as his deputy editor.
