Smithsonian Magazine Salutes a Pair of SNL Alums
Bill Hader and Fred Armisen are this year's chosen purveyors of Performing Arts ingenuity.
Tonight in Washington D.C., a Saturday Night Live moment will take place. During Smithsonian magazine’s fourth annual American Ingenuity Awards banquet, Senator Al Franken will present the Performing Arts Award to fellow former SNL cast members Bill Hader and Fred Armisen.
The deserving duo are also on the cover of the December issue, which goes out to subscribers next week and hits newsstands Nov. 24. From the Ingenuity Awards program notes:
