Beijing 2008: All I Need is the Air That I Breathe

So the Beijing Olympics are almost upon us and along with freedom of the press, one of the major challenges facing the organizers (and now, presumably, the athletes) is the city’s famously bad air quality. Just how bad is it, you wonder? Well the folks over at Asia Society have put together a major multimedia project that “allows users to get a first-hand look at daily air quality in China’s capital.” This includes a photographer who documented the air quality of the “world’s environmental dumping ground” by taking
