Avenue Names Peter Davis New Editor

Longtime Manhattan society magazine Avenue is looking towards Peter Davis to fill the editor post for their monthly print edition and Avenueinsider.com site.  Avenue Media president Julie Dannenberg said that Davis will take over for Janet Allon and is the perfect fit for the position:

Peter was made for this job. He has his finger on the pulse of everything that’s happening in New York.

Prior to joining Avenue, Davis served as features director of IMG’s The Daily and also did freelance work for Vogue, Vanity Fair, Interview, and The New York Times.
