Ashley Dunn Named LA Times New California Editor

LA Times editor Russ Stanton announced yesterday that Ashley Dunn will be taking over the California section from David Lauter–who recently became Tribune Company‘s Washington bureau chief. Dunn is a 17-year Times vet, who also put in a stint with the New York Times back in the 90’s. Dunn was most recently the paper’s deputy national editor.
