Apparently Yahoo Needs Publicists
Thanks to WANTED Analytics’ tracking of job ads posted across the web, we’ve learned that Yahoo!(YHOO)’s been seeking advertising, marketing, promotions, public relations, and sales managers, ads for which have slowly but steadily crept upward since December of 2008.
Dr. Pepper Snapple Group is also seeking the same types of jobs as well as art and design workers. The demand at this company, actually, for these workers, is near a three-year high. Wonder what that’s all about? Cuz they don’t do their ads and marketing in-house—that honor goes to Deutsch LA.
