Former Opie and Anthony Co-Host Brings Gun to NYC Interview
Also known as hedging your blaze-of-glory bets while at The Blaze.
“Do you have a gun on you?” That’s not exactly a typical NYC in-studio interview question, but it was asked Wednesday when former Opie and Anthony co-host Anthony Cumia visited The Blaze’s studios for an appearance on The Cain Conversation.
However, Cumia’s on-air nemesis Howard Stern needn’t worry. Cumia, who told host Will Cain that carrying a concealed 40-caliber handgun on his hip is as rote as brushing his teeth, insisted that in the grand scheme of things, he views Stern as the “greatest on-air personality” in history.
Cumia also echoed sentiments expressed by his former SiriusXM partner Gregg “Opie” Hughes earlier in the week.
