Amy Cohen Promoted to Executive Producer at WNYW
Amy Cohen has been promoted to executive producer of the 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. WNYW/Channel 5 newscasts. She moves up from producer of the 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. newscasts, a position she held since 2008.
Jerry Andrews had been the early evening executive producer. Last week, we reported Andrews got promoted to managing editor.
The University of Delaware graduate, Cohen previously worked as an associate producer at WPIX/Channel 11 and as a producer for News 12 and RNN.
