Actress January Jones co-wrote an opinion piece Monday for HuffPost with the CEO of an ocean protection group on AB 376, an anti-shark finning bill.
The Mad Men star is a spokeswoman for Oceana, the largest organization in the world that’s dedicated to protecting the oceans.
The California senate passed a bill last week that bans the sale, trade, possession, and distribution of shark fins in the state. Jones’ article was a plea to California residents in order to help get this bill signed by governor Jerry Brown.
