A First Look at David Rockwell's Academy Awards Set Designs

It’s that time of year again, the Academy Awards, and with that has come the budding regular tradition of seeing architect David Rockwell‘s work. Seemingly having secured the spot to design the award show’s sets in the Kodak Theater (which, as luck would have it, he was also the architect and designer for) following his work on 2009’s Oscars, he’s given the LA Times a first peek at what he’s cooked up for this year’s biggest celebrity back-patting event.
