WSJ Washington Bureau Chief John Bussey sent this memo to Washington staff Wednesday afternoon with the subject line, “just a heads up,” to announce the new hire of Bloomberg’s Patrick O’Connor. O’Connor left Politico in March to move to Bloomberg News.
