Story Partners are helping kick off the WHCD festivities tonight with some pretty awesome female journalists.
Story Partners are helping kick off the WHCD festivities tonight with their 2nd annual “Welcome to Washington: A Salute to Women in Journalism” event.
The evening, hosted by their chairman Gloria Story Dittus at her home in Northwest Washington, will include some pretty awesome female journalists as co-hosts: Christina Bellantoni (Roll Call), Juliana Goldman (CBS), Nia-Malika Henderson (CNN), Tamara Keith (NPR), Kate Nocera (Buzzfeed) and Nedra Pickler (AP).
Story Partners, joined by their media partner, CQ Roll Call, and sponsors, Southern Company, Citi and T-Mobile, will also be presenting the CQ Roll Call Anniversary Year Award to an outstanding female journalist – Ann Compton.
Should be a great way to get the weekend rolling.
