Less than two months after ABC’s George Stephanopoulos and Ali Wentworth listed their 31st Street manse on the market for a mere $6.3 million, the sign out front has changed. The nearly 6,000 square foot, 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath palatial pad is now listed as “under contract.”
