I am somewhat embarrassed to report that the shift to our new cafeteria vendor will in all probability be delayed until next Tuesday (the day after Labor Day), and conceivably could be a day or two after that. I could cite a litany of illnesses, insurance hang-ups, sudden differences over every jot and tittle, blah, blah, blah, but the bottom line is that the contract with the caterer is not the “done deal” that it appeared to be.
