Garrett Graff has come a long way from his days in the Fishbowl…
CBS’ daily webcast “Washington Unplugged” caught up with this Washingtonian for its series “Unplugged, Under 40” to pinpoint how exactly the first White House press corps blogger goes on to become a premiere DC glossy’s editor-in-chief.
The 28 year-old succeeds Jack Limpert, who has been Washingtonian‘s editor-in-chief for the past 40 years, at an interesting time for the magazine industry and DC.
“I think it’s partly a reflection of just how Washington is changing. The city right now is not just younger than it has been traditionally in the past, but much richer in terms of culture and arts and restaurants. This is what I’ve been saying about the golden age of Washington,” Graff told CBS’ Kaylee Hartung.
