WaPo's Del Wilber to Bloomberg News

In a memo to their Washington bureau, Bloomberg News Managing Editor Tim Franklin announced today that WaPo legal correspondent Del Wilber will be joining their Justice Department and criminal justice team. Wilber joined WaPo in 2004 from the Baltimore Sun, where his aggressive investigative reporting resulted in the city’s police chief being convicted on corruption charges and sentenced to federal prison. At WaPo, Wilber covered a wide range of legal stories, from the trials of former Senator Ted Stevens and former baseball superstar Roger Clemens to the legal issues surrounding the U.S.
