WaPo Taps Mark Berman to Launch New Blog
WaPo announced today that they will launch a new national news blog on February 18th called “Post Nation.”
National Editor Cameron Barr and Deputy National Editor Anne Kornblut also announced that Local reporter Mark Berman will move to National to edit the blog. Berman joined the Post in 2007 as an editorial aide in Local’s Old Town Alexandria bureau. He has had stints covering Arlington National Cemetery, reporting on Northern Virginia and writing for Local Living. More recently he has live-blogged developing news events such as the Navy yard shooting and the Boston Marathon bombing.
