- *Effective January 5, 2009, the 15th Street main lobby at the NW facility will close at 11:00 pm each night. The lobby will continue to open each day at 6:00 am. Employees should use the L Street employees’ entrance and/or parking garage entrances to enter or exit the building when the main lobby is closed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter. *
