UPDATE: The internal memo from Thomson Reuters Bureau Chief Mary Milliken: “It gives me great pleasure to announce that one of Washington’s most accomplished journalists, David Lindsey, will be joining Reuters as Washington Editor-at-Large, focusing on the top political and policy stories of the day, including the 2012 Elections. He will start on November 28 and will report to me.
