Patrick Fitzgerald pens an op-ed in today’s Washington Post entitled, “Shield Law Perils: Bill Would Wreak Havoc on a System That Isn’t Broken.”

But Ted Olson says, “Limited Protections Are Vital to a Free Press.”

And the Post’s editorial board calls the Shield Law “A Needed Shield.”
