Uber Lands Former Obama Campaign Manager David Plouffe

David Plouffe, the former campaign manager of President Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential bid, was today named SVP of policy and strategy for Uber.

“City Councils are voting on Uber all the time, and we have state legislatures voting on us, on the regular,” Kalanick told Allen.
