With the president and the press corps in Crawford, TX, the pool reports were rare this week.

  • “Moments later, Bush approached a machine called a ‘press brake.’ (Insert pun here.) This 112-ton machine is used to shape, bend and mold materials. (Pun is optional here). Bush took a turn. He placed a piece of metal on the platform, and successfully bent it into a 90-degree angle. ‘This goes to show you can teach an old dog new tricks,’ Bush said to the pool and assembled employees.”
