The Young Turks Network Is Hosting a Live Telethon Right Now
Raising funds for investigative reporters.
While most of us are packing it in right now, calling it a Friday and heading off to whatever holiday adventures await, The Young Turks Network is a more than halfway through a 6-hour telethon at the moment.
The ultimate goal is $2 million, which will be used to hire a team of five investigative reporters to expand the network’s capabilities for conducting investigations on Congress the next administration. Once the $500,000 threshold is reached, the leader of the team will be announced, with subsequent members being named after further donations.
