What’s next, a bus ad like Carrie Bradshaw?
The Washington Times’ Senior Op-ed writer and former aide to ex-Rep. Tom DeLay (R-Texas) Emily Miller is now pictured on newspaper boxes around town in a new ad campaign that began last week. This one was spotted in swanky Georgetown. As you can see, the box is empty, so maybe the advertising campaign is working. One question: Why no picture of her handgun?
“I saw it for the first time walking down the street in my neighborhood and stopped dead in my tracks from the shock,” Miller told FishbowlDC when asked about it. “It was definitely my Carrie Bradshaw moment, though she was half dressed on a bus, but still, it’s cool. The best part about the cards is it sends a signal to the gun grabbers on the City Council that I’m tracking their every move!”
